Welcome to Lesson 32, Year 2, of our 'Bible Adventure' children's ministry curriculum. This programme is flexible, allowing you to use the entire lesson plan as is or select specific activities to create a lesson that is tailored to your group.

In this lesson plan on Luke 23:26-43, Jesus is brought to Golgotha to be crucified. Along the way, Simon of Cyrene is forced to carry the cross for Him. At the place of execution, Jesus is crucified, and above His head, a sign is placed with the inscription: "This is the King of the Jews."
