Welcome to Lesson 22, Year 1, of our 'Bible Adventure' children's ministry curriculum. This programme is flexible, allowing you to use the entire lesson plan as is or select specific activities to create a lesson that is tailored to your group. In this lesson, we focus on the Bible story where John the Baptist is called to prepare the people for the coming of the Messiah as a prophet. He does this by preaching and baptizing people for the forgiveness of their sins.
