Creative activities based on the Bible story of Jonah and the worm
In Jonah chapters 3 and 4, we find the story of Jonah, a prophet who was sent by God to preach to the people of Nineveh. After initially disobeying God's command, Jonah finally went to Nineveh and the people repented of their sins. However, Jonah was still angry with God for showing mercy to the people of Nineveh, and he sat down outside the city to sulk. God caused a plant to grow and shade Jonah, but then sent a worm to destroy the plant. This story teaches us about God's love and mercy for all people, and the importance of being compassionate and forgiving towards others. It also reminds us that God is in control of all things, and that we should trust in His plans for our lives.
