Object lesson - Lent: Lent-in-a-Bag
A hands-on way to help children explore the meaning of Lent
Lent-in-a-Bag (or Box) is a creative way to guide children through the weeks of Lent. Each child receives a small bag filled with five simple symbols - each one represents something important about Lent. Every week, children take out one symbol and talk, reflect, or pray about what it means. This is a great tool for Sunday school or to send home with families.
