Welcome to Lesson 17b, Year 2, of our 'Bible Adventure' children's ministry curriculum. This programme is flexible, allowing you to use the entire lesson plan as is or select specific activities to create a lesson that is tailored to your group. This lesson helps children explore the beautiful promise that Jesus is called Immanuel, which means “God is with us.” Each activity is designed to help children reflect on what it means that God came close to us at Christmas, and to engage with this truth in a joyful, simple, and interactive way.
